- Ensure you have selected the correct game/app top-up page on Codashop.
- Ensure that you are using your correct user ID and format from the game.
To find out how to enter the correct user ID, click the question mark logo located on the right side of the "Enter ID" box or check our Help Center. - Before proceeding to "Step 5 - Buy", please verify that your details are correct in "Steps 1 - 4" (User ID, Top Up, Payment, Billing Address).
IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE!
If you have pressed the "Buy!" button with the incorrect information and selections from "Steps 1 - 4", Codashop DOES NOT issue refunds and is UNABLE to transfer purchased items to a different user ID.
Please double-check that you have entered all the correct information from "Steps 1 - 4" before pressing the "Buy!" button.
